25 June 2009 marks the birth of d rose hotel, Vientiane, Lao PDR. at the stroke of midnight, our chairman Mr. Leow Sooi Choon and our Managing Director Mr Brian Chan, did the lighting of fire crackers and the loud burst of crackers startled the neighborhood of Sisakhet village albeit a short one in consideration of our kind neighbors.

     As a responsible organization, we managed to collaborate with some local artists to make d Rose hotel their living gallery. Hence we hope that you can bring some local talent back into your home. not forgetting too some very beautiful collector items pottery which is one of a kind from Lao. We hope that d Rose would be able to play a part in enhancing the warm culture of the Lao people to you, our esteem guests. like our tagline come "stay with us". Sabaidee.
